Please do not upload documents containing highly sensitive categories of data (e.g., medical records, protected health information, or highly confidential government secrets) unless strictly necessary for your e-signature needs.

We use your data to provide the service, ensure security, offer support, perform analytics, and comply with Mexican and U.S. legal obligations. Our processing is based on the necessity of performing our contract with you (Mexico's LFPDPPP) and our legitimate interest in securing our platform.

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with essential partners: infrastructure providers (cloud hosting), analytics tools (to see what's broken), and payment processors (to facilitate your $2 transactions).
4. Your Rights & International Transfers
As a Mexico-based company serving U.S. users, your data may be transferred across borders. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data (ARCO rights in Mexico). We retain your data for as long as your account is active or needed for legal compliance.
