ESIGN Consumer Disclosure and Consent

Please read this Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure ("Disclosure") carefully.

Under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), Hristov Development Co. ("SealItDone," "we," "us," or "our") is required to obtain your affirmative consent to provide you with electronic disclosures, records, and documents, and to allow you to use electronic signatures.

By using the SealItDone platform to review, sign, or execute a document, you are agreeing to the terms of this Disclosure.

1. Scope of Consent (Per-Transaction Basis)

SealItDone operates on a pay-as-you-go micro-transaction model without recurring subscriptions. Therefore, your consent to use electronic records and signatures under this Disclosure applies exclusively to the specific document or transaction you are currently executing. You will be asked to affirm your consent for each new document you process or sign through our platform.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access, view, sign, and retain electronic records on SealItDone, you must have:

  • A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with an active internet connection.

  • A modern, up-to-date web browser (such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox).

  • A valid, active email address to receive transaction receipts, audit logs, and document links.

  • Software capable of viewing standard Portable Document Format (PDF) files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser's built-in PDF viewer.

  • Access to a local printer or a local hard drive to print or store your downloaded files.

3. Withdrawing Your Consent

You are not legally required to consent to do business electronically. Because your consent applies on a per-document basis, if you wish to withdraw your consent prior to signing, simply close your browser tab and do not proceed with the transaction. If you choose not to proceed electronically, the transaction will be canceled. You must then contact the party who sent you the document to arrange for a physical, paper copy to be signed manually. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any documents you previously signed electronically using our platform.

4. Obtaining Paper Copies

SealItDone is a fully digital, self-service utility. We do not print, mail, or provide physical paper copies of any documents executed on our platform.

Upon the successful execution of a document, a finalized, tamper-evident PDF—along with its Cryptographic Audit Trail—will be sent via email to all involved parties. It is your sole responsibility to download and securely store this electronic copy. If you require a physical record, you may print the final PDF using your own hardware.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

Because the final executed document and cryptographic receipt will be emailed to you automatically, you must ensure your email address is entered correctly before initiating a signature or processing payment. If you are a registered user of SealItDone, you may update your default email address at any time by accessing your account settings.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent

By clicking "Sign", "Pay & Seal", or proceeding to use the SealItDone platform, you affirmatively acknowledge that:

  1. You have read, understand, and agree to this ESIGN Consumer Disclosure.

  2. You possess the necessary hardware, software, and internet access to receive, view, and retain electronic PDF records.

  3. You consent to the use of electronic records and signatures for this specific transaction in place of wet-ink signatures and paper documents.
